
Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (General Provisions)
Users of the services provided by GLOBAX LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), which include the sale of informational materials, consultancy services (including interpretation and translation) (hereinafter referred to as “Service A”), and real estate information sales services (hereinafter referred to as “Service B”), or both services jointly (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”), must accept and comply with the terms and conditions of this regulation, which shall be binding for both the Company and the users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- The informational materials sold through the website shall hereinafter be referred to as “materials.”
- The website that offers the Services shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Site.”
- Individuals who use the Services (whether potential buyers or actual buyers) shall hereinafter be referred to as “users.”
Article 3 (Delivery and Use of Materials)
- The use and completion of Service A shall commence when the Company receives half of the corresponding payment and shall conclude with the user’s selection of properties. The initiation of the purchase procedures for the selected properties shall begin once the remaining payment is received and shall conclude upon the completion of the purchase.
- The provision of Service B shall be considered complete when the Company sends the information to the user via email or through the “WhatsApp” application, following the purchase and payment of the informational material. If the user does not receive the information due to technical issues, they must notify the Company on the same day of purchase. Communications made outside this timeframe will not be addressed, and the service will be considered as provided.
- The validity of Service B shall be seven calendar days (based on Japan time) from the date of purchase. After this period, no additional service is guaranteed.
Article 4 (Prohibitions)
- Users of the Services shall not engage in the following actions:
â‘ Reselling, duplicating, or fraudulently transferring materials.
â‘¡ Publishing content from the materials or any expressions that may infer such content on the Internet or other media.
â‘¢ Publishing content from the Services or any expressions that may infer such content on the Internet or other media.
â‘£ Quoting content from the materials to carry out actions harmful to the Company.
⑤ Spreading harmful information about the Services that may negatively impact the Company.
â‘¥ Engaging in any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company. - The Company shall have the sole discretion to determine whether a specific action violates the established prohibitions and shall not be obligated to justify its decision to the user.
- In the event of a violation of the prohibitions, the user shall be required to compensate for any damages caused to the Company.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users shall refrain from taking any actions that violate the provisions of this regulation and, if the Company requires corrections, they must comply immediately.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any disputes between the user and third parties arising from actions that violate this regulation.
Article 6 (Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds)
- Payment for the Services must be made using the methods specified on the Site.
- Due to the informational nature of the materials, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted once the user has received the materials and the service has been completed.
- Exceptionally, the Company may issue refunds at its discretion, determining the applicable timeframes and methods.
Article 7 (Communication Methods)
- Communication between the Company and users shall primarily be conducted via email or through the “WhatsApp” application.
- Users must ensure that they can receive messages through the specified communication methods and shall bear responsibility for any consequences resulting from their inability to do so.
Article 8 (Modification and Suspension of Services)
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, add, or remove the content of the Services at any time.
- Notifications regarding such modifications will be published on the Site, except in emergency cases, where they may be sent via email.
Article 9 (Service Maintenance)
Service maintenance may be conducted at regular or irregular intervals. During such maintenance, users shall not raise objections or claims regarding service interruptions.
Article 10 (Notification Obligations)
- Users must notify the Company of any changes to their personal information, such as name, phone number, email address, or residence.
- If the user fails to provide such notification, resulting in delays or failures in receiving messages, it shall be considered that the messages were delivered at the time they should have been received, with the user assuming any resulting consequences.
Article 11 (Confidentiality)
The Company and users must keep confidential any personal or other sensitive information obtained through this regulation, except when such information is already publicly available.
Article 12 (Warranty Limitations)
The Company does not guarantee:
â‘ The uninterrupted operation of the Services.
â‘¡ The immediate correction of defects.
â‘¢ The absence of viruses or other destructive elements.
â‘£ The achievement of expected results through the Services.
⑤ The Company’s immunity from seizures or legal proceedings.
â‘¥ The absolute security of the Services.
Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company shall not be liable for direct damages resulting from slight negligence. In cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Article 14 (Assignment)
Users may not assign their rights and obligations under this regulation without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 15 (Force Majeure)
The Company shall not be liable for any non-performance caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, fires, wars, or pandemics.
Article 16 (Usage Restrictions)
- The materials are protected by copyright, and their reproduction, distribution, or publication without the Company’s authorization is strictly prohibited.
- In case of violation, the user shall compensate the greater amount between ten times the price of the materials or the profits obtained.
- If the materials are published on the Internet, the user shall pay compensation of 10,000,000 yen.
Article 17 (Amendments to the Regulations)
- The Company may amend these regulations without prior notice.
- The amendments shall apply to all users.
Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These regulations shall be governed by Japanese law, and the courts in the Company’s jurisdiction shall have competence to resolve disputes.
